Jetzt werde ich erst einmal ein wenig unterwegs sein. Heute war ich in Bonn bei den Vereinten Nationen bei einer Führung. Morgen fahre ich dann von Duisburg nach Groningen, um an dem Koninginnedag (Königinnentag) in den Niederlanden teilzunehmen. Das ist ein Nationalfeiertag der Niederländer, an welchem der Geburtstag der Königin gefeiert wird. Anschließend geht es eventuell nach Berlin zum Kulturprogramm des 1. Mai oder aber zuvor in die Heimat. Deshalb werde ich erst in den nächsten Tagen etwas berichten können!
Now I am going to be on the road a little. Today I was in Bonn at the United Nations with a group tour where they showed us some aspects of the work there. Tomorrow I'm going to go to Groningen to participate at the Koninginnedag (Queen's day) in the Netherlands. There is a big party in numerous cities where the birthday of the queen is being celebrated. Afterwards I'm maybe going to Berlin where you can find a big cultural program for the first of Mai, else I will go to my home town. That's why I might not be able to report something the next 2-3 days, but afterwards there is a lot to say! :)

Ein trauriges Spiel
Was für ein Fußballspiel..
Wie von allen erwartet, sowohl von den Fans der jeweiligen Mannschaften, als auch von den Kommentatoren und überhaupt allen, hatte die Mannschaft des Schalke 04 dem Team von Manchester United kaum was entgegenzusetzen. Besonders spannend war das Spiel wohl kaum, das erste und vielleicht das zweite Tor waren abzusehen. Ein tapferer Manuel Neuer hat das zuvor erwartete Ergebnis eigentlich nur hinausgezögert, umso mehr sein Unmut am Ende des Spiels.
Schade Schalke 04, im Sinne des UEFA Rankings hätten wir uns den Sieg gern herbeigesehnt! Jedoch ist noch nicht alle Hoffnung verloren, nach dem grandiosen Spiel gegen Inter Mailand!
Like from everyone expected (the fans of each team and all the commentators) the team of Schalke 04 didn't have much to set against the team of Manchester United which build up a lot of pressure against the opponent. It was at all not very thrilling except the very beautiful parades of Manuel Neuer, the goalkeeper of Schalke. At the end of the game you could sense his anger against the performance of his team.
For the german view it's too bad that Schalke didn't win, and if it only for the UEFA ranking! But all hope is still not gone, at least if you remember the astonishing result against Inter Milano!

Nachdem das Grundlayout festgelegt und eingefügt wurde, hier das erste Video das mich an diesem Abend sehr ermuntert hat nach dem traurigen Spiel des Schalke 04. Es handelt von den euch vielleicht bekannten New Kids. Dieses Video ist eine Promo zu deren Film, New Kids Turbo. Eine überaus witzige Kooperation zwischen dem DJ Paul Elstak und den New Kids!
After the basic layout has been fixed and established, here is the first video of the evening which really made me happy after seeing the sad playing of Schalke 04 (against Manchester United, Champions League semi-final). It is about the dutch series called New Kids. The video is a promotion to their movie named New Kids Turbo. In my opinion it's a very funny cooperation between the New Kids and DJ Paul Elstak!
